<p>Big news! You can now integrate your LibraryH3lp chat service within Summon®.<br /><br />The new LibraryH3lp integration is part of a <a href="http://www.serialssolutions.com/en/press_room/detail/serials-solutions-delivers-new-contextual-research-assistance-in-the-summon" target="_blank">larger suite of new features to provide contextual research assistance in the Summon Discovery Service</a>. Within <a href="http://www.serialssolutions.com/en/services/summon/features-summon-suggestions/" target="_blank">Summon Suggestions</a>, "embedded chat and reference widgets allow users to receive real-time help from reference staff without leaving the Summon user interface.
